This Privacy Policy explains how Optisys FZ-LLC ("Optisys", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information collected through the website optisys.ai and through the diagnostic and consulting services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to the terms below.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and improve our service.
Where applicable law requires it (including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU/UK GDPR for visitors in those regions), we rely on your consent for optional analytics and marketing cookies, on the necessity to perform a contract you have requested (e.g. scheduling a call), and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing our website.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors we use to run the site and deliver services:

We retain form submissions and enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and, after that, to meet legal, tax, and audit requirements, typically up to seven years. Analytics data is retained per the Google Analytics 4 default (14 months) unless a shorter period is set.
Our processors may store or process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@optisys.ai. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
Our services are not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
