Who We Look For
We value people who have operated inside FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing businesses. Understanding how decisions are made on the ground (not just in strategy decks) is essential.
Our work is framework-driven. We look for people who think in systems, break problems into components, and are comfortable with quantitative assessment methodologies.
Client engagement is at the heart of what we do. You'll spend time with leadership teams, facilitating interviews and presenting findings. Strong communication is non-negotiable.
We're a success fee business. That means everyone on the team is focused on driving measurable results, not delivering reports that sit on a shelf.
