Yes. We work within GFSI-recognized schemes such as FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and SQF, alongside GCC-specific requirements including UAE FSDA, Saudi SFDA, and ESMA / GSO conformity. Regulatory readiness is built into facility design, supplier qualification, and QMS setup, not treated as a compliance bolt-on.
How are your consulting projects structured (retainer vs. project-based)?
Two models. Diagnostic engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-fee, typically 4 to 8 weeks. Implementation and AI use-case builds move to a success-fee structure, you pay against the outcomes we help you capture, not day rates. Where a client needs ongoing embedded support, we offer a monthly retainer, but that's the exception rather than the default.
Can you handle end-to-end facility design and supply chain setup in KSA and UAE?
Yes. We have designed food-manufacturing facilities from greenfield through commissioning across the Middle East and Africa, including the KSA and UAE markets. Scope typically covers site master planning, process and utility engineering, equipment specification and vendor management, supply-chain and 3PL setup, and the operating model that runs the site once it is live.
